I had the ostras guillarduex… they were fresh and prepared perfectly, the marinera callaita was so good, Alcachofa confitada rellena was excellent. Jamón ibérico… this artichoke and ham with foie gras inside was excellent. So much flavor in ever bite Pata de pulpo al horno made the day even better. It is a very generous portion of octopus leg over potatoes. The aroma and seasoning is perfect. It was beyond tender and perfectly cooked. Probably the best octopus I’ve ever had. Please drink a mezcaloni with the smoked vermouth.”
